Shipping and Refund Policy for Lolli-Pop Shop

At Lolli-Pop Shop, we are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Please allow 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be processed and shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for your convenience.

Shipping Timeline:

  • USA Deliveries: Expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • E-Check Payments via PayPal: If you pay with an e-check, your order will be shipped only after the payment clears, which may delay processing.

Tracking Information:

  • If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact us via email, and we’ll be happy to assist.
  • Once your tracking number is issued and your order has been handed over to the USPS, any issues with shipment must be addressed with USPS. You can track your shipment or report issues at usps.com or by calling (800) 275-8777.

Delivered Packages: If your package is marked as "DELIVERED" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office directly. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve delivery issues such as theft, damage, or misdeliveries, as these are handled by the U.S. Postal Service.

Unique Orders and Variations: Each item is custom-made to order, and as such, you may notice slight variations in bleach patterns or designs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us via email, and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day refund policy for unused or unopened items. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To initiate a return, please email us with your order details, and we will guide you through the process.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect items).
