1. How long does it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Delivery times depend on your location:

  • USA Orders: 2-5 business days
  • International Orders: 7-12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, customs delays, or high shipping demand.


3. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no promo code needed.


4. How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.


5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Buy Now Pay Later options via Shop Pay Installments and Afterpay.


6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us immediately at mx2designers@gmail.com if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. We can only make modifications before the order has been shipped.


7. What if my package is lost or arrives damaged? If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mx2designers@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs authority, which are the buyer's responsibility.


9. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address? Please contact us immediately at mx2designers@gmail.com with your correct address. Lolli-Pop Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, so please double-check your details before placing your order.
